Timorasso -Indigenous Piedmontese grape, brilliant straw yellow, apple and chamomile aromas and flavors, with superb minerality and a subtle nutty finish. Late harvest, 2 day skin contact maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration, use of thermic shock to drain the sediments. Natural Sulphur 54 mg/L + 12 mg/L added at bottling.
