Tasting Notes:

Full, fruity aromas with soft red fruit notes and a hint of balsam arriving late on the nose.  Round and flavorful, can be cellared for 3-5 years.

Winemaking:

Traditional skin maceration for 10-15 days.  Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle.
